13 Nights of Halloween 1: Make It Scarier

Today marks the first installment of our thirteen episode marathon in celebration of the Halloween season.  Check back with us every day for another (hopefully) entertaining episode, where we'll be talking about scary subjects, and (again hopefully) having a bit of fun.

In this episode, Rish asks the musical question: How can you make a story scarier?

The real question is, where'd the music go? Right click HERE to download the episode, select Save Link As, and save the file to your hard drive.

  1. I totally agree on things that I was scared of when I was a child, for the most part don't scare me in the least now.
For the most part very little scares me now that I read or watch. The exception to this is stories where the family of the character suffers. These terrify me in many ways and make me fear for my own family.
Of course, Ray Bradbury and Disney scared me so much when I was a child with "Something Wicked This Way Comes" that I refused to watch the movie again until I was 25. I was teaching the book and watched the movie again at the end. It was still terrifying, maybe even more so, but I was able to appreciate that it made me afraid at the same time.
