Rish on "Guru Showdown" tournament o' champions

Earlier this year, both Big and Rish were contestants on "Guru Showdown," an online trivia game show where one competes against experts in their chosen category, such as Animals, Music, History, and Medical Practices of the Dark Ages. Well, not only did we appear on the show, but friends of the Dunesteef Rich Girardi, Lizanne H., and Josh Roseman.

So, by some miracle (or cheat), our own Rish Outfield ended up in their season-ending tournament of champions, the Guru Gauntlet Championship. The three players with the highest score faced off against each other, and that episode is now available to listen to. Or watch, if you have a great imagination.

So, did Rish bring shame to the Dunesteef Family (not to mention the once-proud Outfield name), or did he hold his own? Find out in Marvel Comics!

Video Test

It's the video podcast test!!

Hi, everybody. Big here.

I got the idea that doing a video podcast could be really cool a while back. So, I made Rish sit down with me, and I recorded us and put it together. Now that we're done, and I watch it, I'm not sure if it was such a good idea. But here's our test. Check it out and tell us what you think. If it seems like it's worth it, we may do further video casts in the future that might include Announcer Man and R080T as well.

By the way, our conversation could possibly be offensive. Rish and I play a mini-round of "Wouldja," so if that kind of thing offends you, then you ought to skip it.

Rish reads a story on PodCastle

Recently, both Big and Rish got to read stories for the folks at Podcastle, and one of them is now up for your wistening peasure. In preparation for a multi-story incentive episode, Rish got to read "L is for Luminous," by Tim Pratt. It's part of a special sample episode with three other alphabet stories read by Norm Sherman, Dave Thompson, and Mur Lafferty.

I guess that makes Rish the Aquaman of this particular Justice League.
