So, last year, Emerian over at the HorrorAddicts podcast had Rish voice a bunch of male characters on various audio dramas on her show, and it looks like this year will be no different.
This time it's for Judith Pancoast's story "Cacophony," in which he voices Bob, the douchey husband. As you do. Check it out HERE.
Over on Big Anklevich's Anklecast, he's presenting a ghost story he wrote called "Sepia Tone Prison," about an old man who is unable to move to the next plain of existence, but isn't sure why. Rish lends his voice Chingaso Boludo, and both discuss the story afterward.
So, the story was long enough he split it in two, so you'll get two episodes out of it instead of just one. Check out Part One HERE.
And is it "see-pia" or "seh-pia?" Listen in to never find out!
Big continues his streak of getting out a new Anklecast show every month, and this story is called "Prime Shipping." It deals with a man who gets a mysterious package from Amazon right when he needs it, and the sender turned out to be . . . himself? Big narrates and Rish voices the buddy character, then both discuss it afterward.
Check it out HERE.
It was only fair--Big Anklevich and Marshal "The Mauler" Latham have appeared on Rish's Outcast, presenting the third (and final) installment of the "Be Careful What You Wish For" crossover.
This one is called "Fountain of Knowledge," and even though Rish does whatever he can not to talk about the story, it's based on an experience he had in junior high Algebra class. Check it out HERE.
And for your second wish?
Big Anklevich and Rish Outfield join Marshal Latham on his Journey Into... podcast to lend their voices and discuss "At What Price Peace?" in our three episode crossover event following the theme of "Be Careful What You Wish For."*
Check it out HERE.
*Maybe we should make this a yearly/bi-annual event.
In the first of a three-part crossover, Rish Outfield and Marshal Latham are appearing in the newest episode of the Anklecast, presenting the first "Be Careful What You Wish For" story (all three wrote one for a contest last year*). This one is Big's story, "Long Term Memory," about an old man able to time travel back to when he was young (for love, of course).
Check it out HERE.
*May the best man win.
Wow, that was quick.
"Ye Goode Olde Ghoste Storie" is a super short tale, written by Anthony Boucher (aka William A.P. White), apparently when he was fifteen years old (in 1927). I was asked to narrate it for Pseudopod, and it's available now, as part of their Public Domain Showcase.
