That Gets My Goat 34: Thor, He's A Jolly Good Fellow

Look, they can't all be funny, okay?

In the final part of our THOR conversation, Big and Rish talk about the Darcy character, CG, the romance, believing a man can fly, and whether Rish could talk about the death of Gwen Stacy without crying.

That Gets My Goat 33: Thor and More

Big and Rish continue talking about THOR, and get awfully side-tracked along the way. They talk about box office and speculate about the upcoming days (and the then-upcoming PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 4). Did they guess right?

Top Five ____ List?

I was editing our next episode today, and came across a moment when I wax nostalgic about doing our little Top Five lists in past years of the show. And even though Big verbally rolls his eyes in this part, I agree with the guy who says it's been too long since we did one.

So, I figured I'd ask y'all. In the comments section, give me a suggestion for a Top Five list you'd like to see us discuss sometime on the show, and maybe I'll bribe/coerce Big into doing it in the near(ish) future. Party on, Wayne!

Rish "Bottom Five" Outfield

P.S. In the interest of fairness, if you agree with Big on this, and never want us to do another one for as long as we live, go ahead and let me know. Thanks.

That Gets My Goat 32: Thor Losers

It's the return of TGMG, with Big and Rish talking about the mighty THOR! Part one of . . . where's the symbol for infinity on this keyboard?

Rish's voice in "The Swamp"

Rish here. I've been able to do a lot of auditions lately for audio dramas and fullcast podcasts (which are two different things, but are sadly considered the same by the Parsec Awards). One that just went up was "The Swamp" over at Lightning Bolt Theater of the Mind.

I do the part of Detective Davidson. There were a pair of detectives in the auditions, (a "good cop" and a "bad cop"), and the mean one seemed like more fun to me. Upon reflection, perhaps "bad cop" isn't accurate. More like, nasty, unfeeling, gigantic douchebag cop.

It's forty-four minutes long, which I know from recent experience is a hell of a lot of work. They always do a good job over there, and Tanja Milojevic is as cool as she is difficult to pronounce (they also did the "Buffy" podcast I'm really looking forward to hearing). Check it out here!
